That's EXACTLY what I was thinking! the body looks right, but his face...

 

His maturity is showing in his face. Here is an image of a younger him with Mark Dylan and a present-day image from his ad. You'll notice in the first image that his extensive right arm tattoo is at its beginning stages while the ones on his left bicep and under his right arm appear to have remained the same.
