Thinking about meeting Thursday the 30th. Who's in?

Please let us know if you're considering showing up by posting to this thread or emailing me at [email protected]

It'll probably be at Numbers, starting around 7:30 (show up later if you need to, it goes on until 10:30 or later).

Everybody is welcome!!

Usual info:

Numbers is at 8741 Santa Monica BLVD, above the Coffee Bean in West Hollywood. Parking is usually pretty easy at the public lot across from the magazine stand on the west side of the building (bring quarters). There's also a valet.

People start gathering outside Numbers (upstairs, usually near the elevators) around 7-7:30 (generally we're the only gathering of more then 3 at the outside tables), we wander inside about 8 and SIT IN THE BACK, NEAR THE WINDOWS, other side of the wall from the restrooms... Don't be shy, jump in! Tony, the owner, knows the name Hooville if you have to make sure...

Hope to see you there!

Aha! They finally caught up with you! This doesn't have anything to do with that other thread about "Car Sex" does it? }(

I had my first experience as a defendant in traffic court today. The officer did show up (he had three cases on the calendar). he drew a diagram of my incident on a board before the proceedings and when it came my turn, I went before the judge and saw the board for the first time. My gosh, the officer had so badly represented the conditions that it bore little resemblance to the actual facts (jackhammer's polite way of saying the officer lied through his teeth and magic marker).

the officer told his version of the facts, and then I told what actually happened.

the verdict?

NOT GUILTY

That was one pissed off officer.

And Oliver, I was NEVER CITED for the car sex. heheh
