It happens way too often. You might here crap like "I'm sure he had a good reason" or "things come up" but you would get crucified if you dared pull the same crap and there is no good excuse to treat you so unprofessionally. If he isn't dead, he can call you or text you and say he is isn't coming.

 

I for one am very sorry this happened to you and sincerely hope the next time you decide to try this little hobby of ours it goes a whole lot better for you.

 

Thanks down_to_business. Not that it's happened often, but when others have had to cancel, they've always let me know beforehand and apologized. That's the professional thing to do.
