JD or JD, Jr., I agree with BVB. It is insulting, both to people who like you and to people who dislike you. Although at this point, I doubt there are few people in the first category (people who like you) anymore.

 

By this silly change of identity, you have proved your many critics correct, especially Steven and Juan.

Since we're taking a break from the jokes and pot shots and being serious for a minute allow me to jump on my high horse.

 

The jokes about The Rapist aren't funny. For over a year JD was slandering another escort and accusing him of a crime that, if true, should be punished with time in jail. Problem is, when I finally bothered to check the facts, there were none....other than JD's own written words after the alleged crime occurred, which completely undercut his allegations.

 

I've been accused of being a bully, but I view my own sin in this psychodrama as being less bully than buffoon. I shared information about a childhood emotional trauma experienced by another escort I know with JD, which I did with the best of intentions, but I had no right to do. JD used it to emotionally blackmail me and the other escort.

 

As recently as yesterday I was sending private messages arguing that if the goal is to let JD twist in the wind so we can all take pot shots at him, this is working out great. If the goal is to hope he seeks help and gets help, this isn't helping. I don't know what it would take to help JD, but whatever it is, I don't think any of us have it.

 

I've also argued privately that Brian Kevin was right, in a post he made early this year. To rephrase his point, one good thing about JD being EOY is it sets a great example....NOT to follow. What I always told JD, as a compliment, is that he is like a train barreling down the track at 100 miles an hour. His determination and persistence are among his best qualities. If it takes a train wreck to change the course he is on, this whole year plus of fucked up psychodrama, including the EOY debacle, may end up doing some good after all.

 

That Sordid Lives clip I posted above was meant as a joke, but it's true. Change always has to start on the inside, and only after months or years manifests itself clearly and irreversibly in the open. I don't know for sure whether John Lucas is JD, but I do know for sure that we have all given JD an opportunity to look inside himself and see what is of value, which is considerable, and what absolutely needs to change.

 

Let's all hope and pray that he makes use of the opportunity. That is really about all we can do at this point, other than just let him twist in the wind and use him for target practice.

Mr Kesslar, since you were directly involved, you know of what you speak. JD's (and there's no doubt in my mind its him) recent acts are acts of Desperation, and desperation is asking for help, but he doesnt know how to accept it. Whether its weakness, or embarrasment, creating a new identity and continuing down your same old path is not gonna help you. I wish he would just admit his recent ploy, and be open to receive the help we as members can offer. But if he's not ready for that, you are right, there is nothing we can do. He obviously wants or NEEDS to be a vocal force on this site, in some persona, but its just becoming difficult to take the guy seriously... That's the truth, and that's a shame...

OMG... I have been away from my normal routine and in eight hours and ten minutes I am response number 110. I really didn't read much other than the first two responses and other than to say welcome to the OP something tells me this thread has already taken a number of "interesting" detours.

 

Oh, and I'm a much sweeter guy than my screen name might imply... So a good-natured and sweet-tempered and hearty welcome to the OP! Otherwise over and out! ;)

Thank you. JD still harrasses and emails me. Not as much as before. I'm over it. I will never befriend him again. I have learned to keep my distance, if I don't have anything nice to say I don't say it. I'm sure I'll take heat for this, but I will not allow someone to kick sand in my eyes. You'd think by now he would have figured it out.

 

Sorry I joked about "therapist" and "the rapist" I just was mind fucked they're so close. I don't think rape is funny as someone whose been through it himself at a young age.
