"Like" When Was That New Feature Added Here?

Up until now I never paid much attention to the "like" feature, but I guess that it is a normal human trait to want to be "liked".

 

My first "like" was March 22, 2015. I scanned through them briefly and tried to figure out what made them liked. Most were due to a humorous statement that was appreciated by others who post in a somewhat humorous vein. What surprised me was that a certain percentage of my (at times feeble) attempts at humor were appreciated by several posters who only post in a serious vein. It made me feel good to know that I may have made them chuckle a bit.

 

Some obviously came from my postings in the Fetish Forum as well, and not surprisingly fewer from my operatic posts in the Arts Forum. If I were not such a "specialist" in that regard I wonder if I would be liked more!?

 

Of course, simply the mention of a few favorite escorts also generated a few likes as well.

 

I think that those who post pics in the Gallery on a regular basis get quite a few likes as well. Additionally, I think that a sizable share go to those who post in the Political Forum on a regular basis where people who are like minded like seeing their opinions reinforced by others. I think that I have one or two postings down there when a thread was moved after it took a political turn. However, from just glancing at it using words and phrases like "Repiglican", "The Dumpster", and the "like" seem to generate quite a few "likes"! Hey perhaps from just referencing them here I may even get a like or two from this post!

 

Oh, and I certainly can understand and appreciate why @bigvalboy in all likelihood was most likely the first to be liked here! It just like makes sense!

I believe some people only post in the Arts Forum. MrMiniver escapes occasionally to another forum, so he must be an expert about likes by now.

I received my first "like" on March 24, 2015. At first, I was confused, but it's an established feature now. It has added to the site IMHO.

 

The most recent like is from Kenny.

 

The first like (a year ago) was from bigvalboy.

 

 

Anyone get their first "like" before March 24, 2015.

 

As I recall the last new feature was added during TISH-AH-BOV aka Jewish Arbor Day --- at which time Daddy added a

 

Wood Chipper and Ball Chopper -- the Likes are a delightful plus - But Like me or Not -- I am waiting for Daddy to add the

 

Frozen Margherita Machine and the Cyber Circumcision Soft(pun intended)ware.

So three people gave a late March 2015 date for their first like. Only bigvalboy gave an a date two months early. Perhaps @bigvalboy was part of a special "like" pilot program.

 

More likely, he is so super well-liked some people could not wait until March.:)

 

Not to diminish BVB's likeability, but was the post liked in January or was it a January post that was the earliest post of his that someone liked? I'm not sure the software tracks the date on which likes post other than through the alert system which no one other than the individual member (and management, presumably) can access.
