All of my escorts have had not only clean, but pleasant, serene, well-decorated places. I took it as a given! I didn't realize how lucky I was and how bad it could be. Ewwww! Perhaps along with dick size and position, a review category for ambience/cleanliness should be added.

Fresh sheets aren't a must, as long as they're not overdue. A "lived-in" place and an unmade bed with the scent of a man make me feel comfortable.

An unmade bed with the scent of a man can be very sexy. An unwashed jock strap on the bed post within reach is also nice erotic touch.

Exactly...you also have or did have your bike inside, and properly stored BTW. That alone tells me about how you feel about fitness, being outdoors, and your passion for the sport. That is part of who you are.

Sorry I am of the clean sheet group. If animals in location I don't want to find their presence in the bed. I am not thrilled with pets joining us for the sexual encounter in the bed while many have tried to join. It is just not my thing. No problems sitting on my lap in the living room but not sniffing my ass in bed please. Bathroom don't mind products out as long as a clean towel and cloth are made available and shower/bath looks like it has been cleaned. I will usually bring my own supplies.

 

I am always amazed when gentlemen take pictures in their residence and their are clothes strewn about or bathroom shots where it has not been cleaned. I wont even bother contacting them. At least look the part in the picture. Not fond of bathroom shots to begin with but to each his own. Tidy would be great but not a deal breaker. Prior to hiring I use to visit gentlemen back in the day when their were personals in the newspaper, that is that daily paper that people use to read in the day for those of you under 25. No internet back then, yes somehow we lived to tell about it, and personals were the way to go. I can not tell you how many times I walked into the place and within 2 minutes I said well I have to be going praying to god that have disinfectant cloth of some kind or in the car. Nuclear waste was safer than some places I walked into. They sounded so sane on the phone. I have been to two gentlemen places I could not get myself to lay on the sheets and they were hot but no out the door I went.

I agree. I am very sensitive to smoke and have a hard time breathing in a smoker's home or car. Even a smoker's clothes can be irritating, luckily when the smoker is an escort his clothes can and should be removed as quickly as possible.

I would suggest for escorts and masseurs to invest in dimmers for their lights. Also a scented candle is nice. Hides all sorts of smells.

 

Oh yeah, dimmers and updated lighting is ESSENTIAL! I put in track lighting with dimmers in my hall way, and a mini-chandalier on a dimmer in my main space. I also love candle light, but am cautious about scented anything, cause some don't like it, and also worry about fire danger, so I got some rechargeable tea lights that create a realistic color and flicker. Here's some pics I just took of my space, for my website.

Your space is so warm and inviting. I have to find a reason to go to San Francisco and see it in person. Lol ..... I guess that is the reason! Duh!

 

Thanks, it's my hope that it feels just as warm as it looks. I also have an amazing view. It's such a short flight, get on up here! ;)
