Wrestlers have always been subject to "Mat Rash". Wrestling equipment suppliers sell a variety of mat cleaners and disinfectants. Thank God cum can be removed from mats without having to resort to more specialized measures.

Just to level the playing field...most handsome teenage wrestlers have other possibilities for contracting herpes than wrestling mats.

It's not a unique strain of herpes...it's just plain old herpes...in an odd location.

Yes, it looks bad. It makes me think twice about the stretching/workout mats at LA Fitness or any commercial gym.

 

I've never heard of an outbreak in a commercial gym but still.

I try to avoid rubbing my face on gym mats. But that seems harder if you are a wrestler, or a bad one.
