yes, but the risk is minimum, unfortunately now with PrEP syphilis and other diseases are on the rise but I won't give head with a condom like I did in the early 80's when AIDS popped out of nowhere.

I would never request a condom be used for oral, but have had a few clients request them. It's usually because they are married and don't want to take even the slightest risk at getting an STI. To me it's a bit excessive and negates the fun of sucking or being sucked, but I want them to feel comfortable and respected above all else.
