Yup, David is a great guy and his story from living on the streets to traveling the world is fascinating and uplifting. I had a similar experience with a guy who was wheelchair bound and in his 70's. We spent 4 days together and I was his first. It was such an amazing experience for the both of us. Even our first embrace, I could feel was something he had longed for, for over half a century. He wrote a 4 page review of the experience, and I read a segment of it at the RB rally back in October. #SexWorkIsSoulWork

I had the honor of meeting David (socially) for the first time at MAL in Washington. He IS all that and more. He's a wonderful man, an uplifting spirit and truly an honor to his profession.

As Lance posted earlier in this thread, sex work IS soul work. In my ever-so-humble opinion, those who try to separate sex from the soul are missing out.

David SF was the very first escort I ever heard of. I had seen a video of his and marveled at the way he made his partner feel cherished. Of course the fucking was good. Duh. I more loved David's presence and intuition in taking care of the man he was with. Further research led me to Daddy's and to one very special review. A man who called himself Ted talked about disfiguring health problems that made him very self-conscious. He then discussed how none of that mattered to David. The line that still gets me states, "He took me and loved me."

The jaded among us may say there can be no "real love" in a paid sexual encounter; that's a pipe dream financed by fools. Nah. I know differently. There was love in this article: the patient, gentle, unconditional kind. Will it lead to a life-long relationship? Nah. Does that make it matter less?

Mizz T gives that a hellz to the naw.

Thank you to the OP and to the men who bring that kind of love into our lives. You change us for the better.

Oh my @tyro, thanks so much for saying that! You are so right, it is all about sharing love. You can love someone and know that they will never be your partner or bf. Love is truly about letting go, not owning or controlling. I've dined in some amazing restaurants, and I don't see the experience as any less significant because I was given a bill at the end.

I had seen the review of this meeting previously (I'm not sure how long ago) and like others it left me in tears. I saw David across the room at MAL, and assuming he would be at the forum lunch the next day didn't make a point of meeting him there. I wish I had made the effort, he is an amazing man.
