With all this bad weather approaching, was considering bumping up the advertising. Question is, do bookings improve during bad weather, or does it keep people inside? I'm sure it depends on how bad the weather actually is, but do you generally see bookings improve when big weather systems move through?

Forgive me for asking, but why would you want to go out in a winter shitstorm? I mean, the roads will suck ass, many people do not know how to drive in winter conditions, and if the weather degrades during a session, you could wind up getting stuck in place for a while.

A lot of times in the South, main roads are quite passable. It's the country back roads that cause problems. Also down here, when it threatens bad weather, schools, businesses, and gov't offices shutter in anticipation even though things might not deteriorate like predicted, especially in well-traveled areas.

Oh, doll, I know all about the weather (I live at Ft Bragg & grew up in NC), but keep in mind that a lot of guys down here have never driven on snow/ice or have little experience in that. Now, after driving HUMVEES in a South Korean winter & 8 years of DC winters, I'm an old hat at it. I was just talking about those blizzard virgins.

Well, for me, it's half an inch of ice starting around 0200 tonight....and then rain around 1300 Friday (which will freeze overnight into Saturday), and then snow on ice for Saturday.....lucky me....
