I agree with MickeyGMin re: the state of his mental health. Reminds me a bit of another porn star/escort of yore (you can see I'm a gentlemen of a certain age) who will go unnamed, lest I be sued for slander (Night Heat, Masquerade, The Urge, Body Worship 38...). Saw him a cpl times - something just not quite right. Arrested for some craziness at Mark Jacobs(?) L I estate. A bit unhinged. He was harmless & not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but not dangerous. I won't presume to diagnose him (Sinclaire), but sometimes these guys are seriously unbalanced. IMO.

 

We had a saying when I was in the R E biz on a property listed at some fantasy-land price, "It's not really for sale".
