He's now charging $240/90 minutes, for a lackluster/ time-shaving massage? That's over $2.50 a minute, if you get the full 90 minutes.

(On a 'used' AirBnB bed???)

It always amazes me how many business owners don't get certain things. You CANNOT run a "high end" coffee & pastry shop and charge high prices (over $10 for coffee and pastry) and use paper plates and plastic forks. And have a dirty restroom and surly service! If you want to charge top prices you'd better offer high end furnishings, excellent service, high performance all around, convenient location, etc. This applies whatever business you want to run.

In the case of masseurs, especially ones that advertise on m4m sites, you'd better be very into what you do, articulate, clean, offer really nice ambiance, and yes, be willing to go the extra mile. Money doesn't grow on trees, if you want to make $160 an hour, you'd better make sure you offer value in return. With just 30 hours a week, this translates into well over $200k a year, and very few professionals get this, plus they pay exorbitant tax rates, so let's get real, guys!

His rates have gone down to $160/hr and no longer advertises 90min sessions. Q: Oaktown, what city did you meet Andrew? He was using the hotel bed both times i met with him, which I know is effectively still 'used' beds. But he said he couldn't travel with his massage bed all over the US which I understand when booking 'visiting' masseurs.

Luso, you appear to be the only poster to have experienced a full one hour massage from Andrew that was worth the money. And in two different cities no less! Maybe he was just having an off day when I and others here saw him. He is a nice cute guy but my one time, one city experience with him was 40 mins total. Given his rate he should provide a full hour. And he works in tight time blocks which made scheduling tough. But thanks for joining the forum to share your unique experience with him.

No problem, WestGuy. Happy to join the convo.

I saw Andrew in NYC a few months ago. Had the same experience of the massage lasting only 40 minutes, if that. His massage technique was pretty lackluster, and thinks that because he's hot he can charge premium price. Not worth it at all. He's texted me repeatedly since he been back in town to try to solicit business, but I won't waste my money again.

Why do you think that? There seem to be plenty of masseurs (and escorts) that charge exorbitant fees for mediocre service and have been around for years.
