Zach #2 Response 12/07/15 - Lies Lies & Damned Lies?

MY observation is this - and I'm just observing, not trying to ruffle any feathers - Daddy's or anyone else's. But nynakedtop is here to vouch for his review, and on the review itself it lists that he has done "5 or more reviews," so we can trust that he's speaking in earnest. THEN, we get the response form the escort (date of the reply not confirmed, but I don't think replies generally are), and now a new, positive review (though very unspecific as to any detail), by a first-time reviewer who has claimed to see Zack 4 times. And I just have to wonder if this first time reviewer is legit, under the circumstances - could this have been fabricated by Zack?

 

I'm not accusing anything - but my jaded mind did wonder. Not that I have any stake in this, as I wouldn't really be interested in Zack anyway, and if I *were* going to be in NYC and was in the mood to hire someone, I already have several escorts I would want to turn to anyway.

The second review was either written by Zack or at the very least he solicited someone else to send one in.

 

My advise for this would've been for Zack to fall on the sword. Yeah, I could've been so much better. I was tired and there's just no excuse for that, etc.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to feel that way about the newest review. It's too bad that that's how Zack chose to handle this, though, if indeed that's what happened.

It would be very polite to mention that it happened somewhere else; I don't tend to remove reviews.

 

I mentioned this In a Previous thread awhile Back, Reviews can be Pointless. Which sucks on the Clients end. There is a Very well known Escort, 20 Plus all Positive GLOWING Reviews...and As I mentioned when I first started I kinda "Followed" him online as I saw him as a Mentor. Long story short In the past Few Years I have seen MULTIPLE Bad Reviews Pop up for Him...and Days later they would be REMOVED. Thus leaving Him with all Positive Reviews. I'm not sure How Hes Pulling this Off....But defiently made me look at those with "Glowing" Reviews Differently

Brings back a sour memory of when I had posted a negative review (many many years ago) and the response was the biggest collection of lies and absurdities. I was pissed and I felt many of the same feelings as the OP at the time. I like to think, whether or not it is true, that I did provide some caution to others who might have hired the guy. I think that it probably did make me think twice about submitting negative reviews after that but ultimately it was a learning experience for me and I am glad that I did not stop participating or posting reviews, positive and negative. Whether or not it matters, I do agree with the policy of giving the escort the last word...seems fair considering the anonymity of reviewers and the impact on someones income/livelihood. I also believe that by sticking it out and posting many more reviews that I probably have more credibility as a reviewer now when I post reviews.

Letting the escort have the last word I think is wise. By allowing multiple rebuttals it just becomes a he said he said lets beat the dead horse like a piñata fiesta. Of course if one wants more info and the reviewer posts on the boards they could always talk about it in private.

No system is perfect -- especially when you have to protect peoples identities. This is still the best site out there for getting reasonably accurate information.

Jawja summarized succinctly for you. It happened, you vetted and he responded. If you hire long enough with a variety of guys you are going to run into meetings that are far from perfect. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I have seen far harsher responses. Hopefully the escort named picked up something from this to help correct his process the next time meeting with a client. If you write a negative review you can expect a response from the escort.

 

It appears you have been a member for sometime, these types of conflicts have come up before. I am assume you stand behind your review 100% than no need to take further action. Let the readers make their own interpretation of the events you stated.

I've read the review, response and this thread. I'm totally missing any indication you look like an idiot. You're not the only guy who has had a bad session and didn't get enough value for their money. You at least posted a review that others can consider when making a decision. Kudos to you for taking that step. Many of us don't post a review for others to benefit from. I doubt any of us for a second think the final comment from a companion on a review is 100% accurate - unless its glowing about the reviewer of course.

 

Besides all those truths, you are a "Knight" on this site and don't want to lose all the benefits you've accumulated by leaving. Post retirement health care, defined benefit pension, your current base salary plus bonus, the new Daddy's Reviews company vehicle you just received and of course the Platinum health plan. And the more you post the higher you'll be elevated with even more benefits.

 

To help this topic completely pass into your distant memory, hire the companion of your dreams and make sure he gets no sleep at all during your time with him. We want him leaving sore yet with a huge smile on his face.

But that was not on this site. If you are talking about M4RN, those of us who have been around for a long time know that escorts are allowed to delete negative reviews. That's why this site is more trustworthy. It's not perfect. But nothing really could be.

I think if you have a preference for twinks these kinds of problems you'll find go with the territory. I've been with that kind and almost all of them could fit the description of Zack to some degree. Flaky more often than not. There is something to be said about maturity when it comes to sex.

Just reread the review and rebuttal. Definitely two differing views, but I am not sure why you would leave over this. Clearly, the escort was not up to snuff and you both admit that it wasn't working. The rest is all finances and record keeping. You get stiffed, and not in a good way. Happy for you if it is the first time it has happened. Now you are familiar with another one of the many pitfalls in this game. Learn from it and move on.

My second-ever hire was hugely disappointing (and I actually hired him a second time because he is a porn star I thought it was me - it was even more unpleasant than the first encounter).

 

A couple of months later I found Daddys and read two other negative reviews (out of 8 total at the time). I considered submitting a review myself but the gentleman had written lengthy responses to the two not-recommended reviews and I really wasn't interested in getting into a wee-wee'ing contest with someone online. I've since heard from 2 other clients who had similar experiences as mine and somewhat regret not submitting that review. Oh well.
