I'd be surprised if the food trucks in Chicago weren't pretty great. Chicago is one great food town!

One of the cupcake food trucks park by the Loyola red line in my hood from time to time. Super good eats. I'm partial to Portland, Oregon food truck set up. They have a parking lot where they chill so one doesn't need to run all over town chasing the truck down lol. You can get everything from pho to tacos.

They USED to cluster up around the entrance to Navy Pier, but that's all been reworked.

 

I miss Chicago. Might get back there this winter. Wanna do dinner?

Hmmm winter time? That is pho and ramen eatin season for me. Mmmmm ramen with pork belly!

Oh how I miss the Portland food trucks. Currently in San Diego and they don't have same setup here.
