I am sure this may have been discussed before, but I really wish we could see preferences the escorts selected. I did a few preference searches just to see what would happen, and a few escorts who have said before they do not do XXX or XXX are showing up on the search. I think they are selecting everything, but hard to call them out " You said you don't do XXX but your ad clearly has it listed" since I cant see the preference on the ad, and it could just be a preference search error. blah so frustrating.. had to gripe:P

I find it most effective to discuss what i like to do prior to meeting. If a guy does not wish to do that, I typically don't hire him. The preferences, to me, serve as more of a filter when I read an ad. I stil confirm.

well of course its wise to discuss prior, but when you narrow things down with preferences and its ooooh new shiny! and then wah wahwah... puts me off on choosing someone else.. guess I don't want to think the next escort I turn to is 2nd best or alternative choice.

I don't even do the "rentmen preference" thing - didn't even know it existed, actually.....it would be too limiting and produce mixed results, I'd think.....

 

as rvwnsd says, I do try to mention what I like in communication before the meeting, being careful to avoid sex-and-money talk, of course.....most guys will reply positively, but a very few must fear entrapment and will reply with the ol', "let's go with the flow" thing....I sometimes fear this means I may not get what I want!

What preferences do you mean? And what happened to carrying dick size in an escort's profile?

In Rentmen's previous version the preferences were listed on each profile. Now you have to filter for every interest among the population for each city ( you can also filter just new listings). If you try to filter for more than one preference, say kissing, and nipples, you will get everyone into either, as well as those into both. It is tedious. Still, I have one particular interest and have found the preferences list useful to narrow the field ( there are more than 200 profiles in my city) in finding someone suitable. I also keep a client profile, that lists my interests. I always message the escort, ask him to read my profile, and let me know if he thinks we are a good match. I have had occasions where the guy I'm interested in will message me back with " it's all ok with me" - but on Rentmen I can see who looked at my profile, so I know if he's really seen it. Even then I follow up with a phone call, or text just confirm and avoid any misunderstanding.
