See, now I had NO idea this was how he started and how big and legitly connected he was in the music industry. He obviously had a flair for promoting at a REAL early age and the same kind of drive that any who are successful in the entertainment industry have to have. Despite his transition into the career of his latter days that we all know him from, if he'd been honest in that endeavor his legacy would be so different

You really hadn't heard of him? He ran ads on Rentboy on and off for years. He had a website filled with pictures of pornstars he supposedly repped. Plus he's been brought up here on the Forum multiple times over the years. Last week, SFGN reported on David Forest and his “Meet the Stars” and “Knights and Squires” connection services. Through his websites, Forest promises to connect anyone (willing to pay a fee) with any gay porn star or escort that they want.

 

He never guarantees that the selected star will ever met his clients though, because Forest doesn’t actually represent them.

There was an episode of All in The Family in which Edith and Archie are to attend Edith's family reunion. Edith is thrilled at seeing Billy, by coincidence, the handsomest man in the high school. All of the women secondary characters agree that Billy was quite the man. All this talk has Archie jealous and reluctant to attend the reunion. When he does attend, he runs into Billy who is short and fat and bald and Archie is relieved and tries to find Edith so that her dreamboat would become a nightmare. When he finally gets the two together, Edith immediately recognizes Billy, before Archie can tell her who he is. After fawning over him for a bit, other women come over and do the same. As they walk away, Archie starts pointing all his flaws out the Edith, at which point she dreamily says something to the effect that "Billy is still so handsome. What beautiful eyes." She then starts going into details about Billy's eyes as Archie rolls his eyes and the scene ends.

All this to say: Billy still has beautiful eyes.

Hey, I have no illusion about him or his sexuality. When I knew Billy a little, he never knew when to shut up about his life. I was not even sure if he was still alive. He has changed a lot if he's working regular eight hour shifts (in a prison), so having a wife must be good for him. On his own, he had good intensions, but not super dependable.

 

Fun story: He was new to Philadelphia. The night I hired him, he brought his girl friend and two men friends. Billy called me several times on his way for directions. He parked his friends in a bar nearby and seemingly did not think about them again until I paid him. He stayed with me for a very long time
