So, yeah, Josh, here's the thing: if your oddball family is going to drag you into reality TV fame, and if you are then going to parlay that fame into a job with some über-Christian advocacy group, it's such a bad idea to (a.) grope your sisters and then (b.) pay big bucks (via credit card, using your real name and address) to a website geared to assist you with your infidelities.

I know SATAN has you by the balls, Man, and that sucks, but look on the bright side -- as bad as this is, you've having a better week than Jared Fogle.

Oh, hey, looks like SATAN's got some plans for your nuts now. Yeah ... I think it's called CBT. Good luck with that, Dude.

And YET FOX News STILL fails to see the diff between the "liberal" media frenzy over ppl like this or some other conservative "Christian" like an anti-everything Republican caught sucking dick in an airport mensroom, and the LACK of frenzy when a pro-equality pro choice pro everything Democrat gets caught. It's the diff bewteen Micky Rourke breaking some guys nose in a barfight and Ron Howard doing it lol.

Josh is officially my favorite Duggar! Here is this family with all their 'Holier than Thou' philosphies procreating like bunnies so they can take over the world. And there is this one bad seed that crashes the whole Holy House. Go Josh!

I've come to the conclusion that "conservative family values" is code for "I'm into really kinky shit".

I've often felt that something like this is true. Not, surely, that EVERY member of such organizations are up to no good in secret - I do think that some of them really do believe in what they say.

But you also have to wonder about the people that do get caught doing the very things they make such a point of railing against in public. And do they join such organizations because:

1) They mistakenly think that working publicly against their personal demons will make those demons truly go away (i.e. that this could be a "cure"),

2) They are in denial about themselves and rely on rationalizing ("I choose to stand publicly for family values, so it follows I must believe in them, right?")

3) They are trying desperately to hide behind the opposite image of who they really are, so that no one would ever suspect them.

4) They covertly sense that they are not alone in their struggles, and perhaps think they are bonding with others who have found ways to deny their hypocritical lifestyles in turn, which somehow makes it all ok.

And naturally, you never tend to hear of anyone taking their initial stance because they are admitting to past mistakes and trying to better themselves. (If one is joining a 12-step program, perhaps - but not in these cases of sexual misconduct, surely.) They have to get caught/exposed first. Now, from a legal perspective that's understandable, and from a perspective of the assumed self-loathing many of them may feel it's also understandable. But it's also very "human nature" to cast a jaded (and not unrealistic) eye when such people are exposed, and say "well, they were going to keep doing it until they were caught, and their only real remorse is in being caught, not in the crime itself." Though I do have some sympathy for people who don't have the amazing courage to come forward and admit their hypocrisy of their own accord, all the breast-beating and apologizing that goes on after one is caught can seem very disingenuous.

This is Hilarious!

Next we will hear about Josh Duggar in a motel room with a male prostitute and some meth like Ted Haggard. Something tells me this perv is really Kinky.

The Haggard moment is coming...

Josh Duggar maintained a secret Facebook profile he used to carry on friendships with strippers and lingerie models.

The former reality TV star and anti-LGBT activist admitted Thursday to being unfaithful to his wife after reports showed that he paid for two accounts with the adultery website Ashley Madison.

He also admitted in May to molesting four of his sisters and a family friend more than a decade ago, when he was a teenager.

Radar online reported that the same email address Duggar used to set up the Ashley Madison accounts was used to set up a Facebook profile for “Joe Smithson” — whose friends are primarily women who live in the Arkansas area.

The account lists just a few “likes,” including Miss Michigan 2011 Elizabeth Wertenberger, porn actress Danica Dillon, and the MTV show “The Hills.”

Josh Duggar’s latest scandal has not just hurt him and his famous family.

Matthew McCarthy, the man whose photo was used in the disgraced reality star’s alleged OkCupid profile, has spoken out about how he has been affected by Duggar’s cheating drama.

(Wonder if rent boys 'borrowing' of other peoples photos will be affected by this?)

I am not at all surprised that Mrs Duggar (Josh's Mrs Duggar) Anna..has forgiven him...The Duggar women seem to be enablers...always making excuses for the poor behavior of the husband...She said it was her fault??? How?...Why?...My opinion is that the majority of them are mentally incapable of making a good decision and only react to biblical answers to their life problems...

You realize she's only a Duggar by marriage? But I think their religion stresses female subservience.

That makes her even more enabling. She wasn't just indoctrinated in her subservience by her ridiculous religion, she then chose a marriage that would deepen it. Poor thing...

In the fundie world, the marriages are arranged and chosen by the father. The idea is that the father serves as "protector" and makes sure the guy is of good character and can provide for his daughter. Blech.

So she made a statement saying she's forgiven him? Right now, she has an unemployed husband and a young child to support. Given her fundie upbringing, she has no marketable skills with which to support the child herself even if she wished to. It's in her interest to help her husband get back in good with the fundie establishment, and calling him a loser manslut isn't going to help. She's being practical and thinking about her future and that of her family.

As an FYI-she has 4 young children. The youngest is only a month or two old.

I'm betting there is a good chance she might blame herself for Josh's wanderings.

This is what her mother-in-law believes about sex-maybe she believes the same?

1. Say yes to sex, even when you're tired. Michelle says a friend gave her advice to live by before she and Jim Bob married in 1984: "She said, 'In your marriage there will be times you're going to be very exhausted. Your hubby comes home after a hard day's work, you get the baby to bed, and he is going to be looking forward to that time with you.'" — she's talking about sex, just so everyone's clear — "'Be available. Anyone can fix him lunch, but only one person can meet that physical need of love that he has, and you always need to be available when he calls.'"
