Good response, but you don't even have to get to TNK Disease, what about drug resistant strains of HIV ? I have t seen any articles on Prep addressing whether Truvada resistant strains of HIV can develop because of improper adherence.

Of course the nightmare scenario would be emergence of a deadly STD transmissible by skin contact, as is herpes or genital warts. It's only blind luck that HIV is comparatively difficult to transmit, and extremely fragile outside the body. Ebola for example can survive for several hours on dry surfaces, and several days in body fluids (such as blood) outside the body at room temperature.

all I can say is that many clients report to be on PREP. Never heard of any fellow escorts. My opinion of prep is that it is a good thing IF combined with condom usage. If it is an excuse to bareback then while it ?????MAY????? protect against hiv seroconversion it offers zero protection against any other stds. Believe it or not guys there were men who used rubbers before hiv in order to not knock up a girl and not wind up with the clap.
