I agree with the rest, one pic is a no, even with private gallery. Plus not fond of the pic being a dick pic. Plus toss in $300 in Chicago, that might fly in NY but Chicago $300 needs a lot more pics and ad is so non-descript. He does not list activities which is no #2. If you don't put your activities it is a non-starter again from me. So I would not waste time with this ad.
