Great way to put it! I don't discriminate against people who do it, but I prefer to mitigate as many risk factors as possible in having safer sex. That being said, I exercise universal precautions and enjoy myself. I can still count my total number of sexual partners on both hands. 2) The sentence is referring to Truvada's (or any drug's, really) inability to solve the problem of inaccessibility due to cost.
