I once asked a friend from the UK why he didn't bring his favorite escort along on his trips to Spain and Greece. His response was that it would be like carrying coals to Newcastle. I was like, huh? until he explained that Newcastle was, at one time, the largest supplier of coal in the UK.

Some forum members like to hire a travel companion with whom they can share travel experiences as well as intimacy. I get that. But for me, part of the fun of travel is finding adventure along the way which often means developing new and sudden infatuations with a local rentboy and then sadly moving on (aka Sex & Love Until Tomorrow).

Do you like to bring your "love ;)" with you or find it at your destination(s)?

Coal can get your clothes all sooty;). While my real wish would be to find a handsome non-escort at the place I'm visiting who falls for me, that ain't gonna happen. So with that in mind, I'd say I would prefer having a bird (escort) in hand to accompany me rather than a searching for two in a bush (destination).

Both actually. If it is a guy who I am very comfortable with, I would bring him along for the trip for his companionship and yes... for the benefits of not having to take time seeking others or worrying about a language problem. But on other occasions I have been more than willing to try the local menu, but before I do I do a lot of research on venues, availability of guys, laws and regulations in the place (to avoid a problem) and the general finances involved.
