Middle Eastern four-handers in LA?

These guys are new to Masseurfinder and they are alternately hot and suspect. First of all, the idea of a four-handed massage for only 100 bucks in LA is almost enough to get me to call them. Almost. They look really sexy but at the same time they look fake -- those photos seem fully airbrushed, even their hairlines and beards seem drawn on. One of the photos (5 of 6) even says on its border, "Face Wrap - Plastic Surgery."

 

So is this ad a fake? Could this Middle Eastern pair of beefy, muscled masseurs be my dream come true, or an illusion?

My suspicion is that these guys are likely to be beefy and *possibly* muscled but definitely heavily manscaped (shaved, trimmed, perfumed & manscarad). I wouldn't expect them to be especially interactive or emphatically masculine. I also wouldn't be surprised if there was a "substitute" for one or both pairs of hands.

I tried contacting them. Always got voicemail + I could hear broken English on the answering machine. In addition, They didn't answer my questions and kept asking what was good for me and what times were good for me and what not. So I just gave up! I'd just go find other guys if I were you.

I've booked these guys a couple times. They're both a little socially awkward, but maybe it was just a cultural thing? Massage is okay, not great. My sessions were very interactive.
