INVARIABLY these fakers NEVER say "incall" because they know you can walk away the moment the door opens and you see them. Once THEY'RE (quickly) in the door OF YOUR place or room it's a lot tougher/more awkward/more dangerous to cancel the appointment. They KNOW this. (a bud, even in hotels, waits anonymously outside buy the elevator to see who goes to his door. If it AINT the guy in the pic he goes to the lobby and texts "get lost".

Better to give a false room number near yours maybe than your actual room number if you are worried about a scam. Or if you can arrange it, switch rooms afterward.

Wouldn't it be easier and more honest to simply state you want to meet in the lobby or outside in front of the hotel? If the guy looks nothing like his photo, he'll probably balk at the suggestion and then you won't waste any further time on him.

And you don't want to be responsible if the imposter hurts the innocent person whose room number you gave out. Remember that Paul Walker movie when he fake being a girl and the killer takes out another guy (innocent) at the motel! Meet in the lobby or other public place - if the guys an imposter you can just not introduce yourself.

Well those are good ideas. I never really thought about somebody else getting hurt if I gave a false room number. The only caveat I can say is that I've met many escorts in hotels. Most of them have seemed to want a room number for verification to make sure you aren't scamming them. So I'm not sure not giving a room number will work with all of them.
