That is easily explainable, WG2. The posed pictures show the tat on one side (his right) while the mirrored selfies show it on the opposite side (mirror-image, so it appears to be on his left side!)

Its either a mirrored image (i.e. taking picture of one's self in the mirror will produce a picture where everything is flipped). Or the image was flipped by some other means (i.e. photoshop or some image editor).

 

If I was in the area I would take a chance. The guy is too damned hot not to see if the ads the real deal.

 

Although in the beginning of the ad it said "ELIAD Here, 6'3 Arabic STUD", but later in the stats area it says he's 6 feet. Either it's a typo or maybe it's a red flag to the ads authenticity.
