There are "musts" in any business deal. For me to book a hotel in Phoenix for the Big Game, it must be available for Saturday and Sunday night; when I bought my condo, the must was at least two full baths and a two-car garage; and at the grocery, and meat purchased must be at the butcher counter and not pre-packaged. At work when I'm selecting vendors, there are musts that a candidate must meet to even be considered.
