Hey guys...wanted to give you an update on events from last week related to the disagreement I had with one of my regular hires who was scheduled to come to the southeast for a two day hybrid appt. You will recall that I provided two options, and despite choosing the option of exclusivity, the escort also posted an ad to work after our time. When confronted, he volunteered that he was wrong, had misunderstood a critical piece of the circumstance, subsequently took responsibility and the appt. went forward...happy to say that we were, indeed, able to discuss the situation openly and directly. I am completely comfortable with our resolution, as well as the extraordinary aspect of our two day appt. that just ended - it couldn't have been better and I have renewed respect for the escort's ability to genuinely move forward....separately, I received an unusually large amount of support, both on the Forum and privately, and that was more helpful than anything else. With very few exceptions, everyone was civil, direct and provided insights that hadn't occurred to me before. At the same time, I never felt demonized for taking a position, so from where I sit, this was a win-win. Thanks again...

+1...Glad you resolved it, and nice to know that you still have a great relationship with the escort. Communicating wants and desires is always a little tricky, with lots of room for misunderstanding. It would appear that an open and honest conversation was what was needed.
