I must admit I have watch a lot of porn and web cam sex over the holiday season. Unless you're talking about some amateur porn, the bottoms in most porn are so well cleaned out that it isn't like there's any fecal matter on the top's penis after he pulls out. While some porn is obviously edited to create certain illusions, it is obvious precisely because of the lack of editing that some porn features ass-to-mouth.

 

I do agree with the previous post -- if you're letting a guy fuck you without wearing a condom, that's a bigger concern than the ass-to-mouth bit.
