Did a little searching. Five years ago he was 22; now he's 24. The earliest review I found was 2006; so he was escorting at 16. Or something. The flags are very, very red.

I met Marcello in London in 2007. His english wasn't the best at that time but he definitely was hot looking (actually I would say his pics in his current ad may be from several years ago as I seem to recall them...or he hasn't changed much in 7 years). It was a two hour appointment and it was good...he did what he indicated and said he would.
