I would imagine it's fake or bait-n-switch agency. I noticed one of their model's was Keith Richards in Long Beach. Keith's picture is actually an ancient picture of Bel Ami's Lukas Ridgeston.

 

Edit: I should have clicked on the Rentboy ad first. Definitely a fake....that's "Jay Stephan", who has been discussed widely here.
