Even though I've lived in CA for 11 years, I have no idea what the Superintendent of Public Instructions is or does, or why we have to vote for it. That being said, the deciding factor has to be which of the two are hotter. Unless this guy's opponent is or looks like Bradley Cooper, he's got my vote.
