When at the sauna , how do I identify if someone is a client or a provider? Should I just approach them and ask , “are you here for money” in English? 😂 Looking at profiles on rentmen, some providers are looking like clients to me 😂. On the other hand, some sauna goers I’ve seen are the most gorgeous people on earth .

As I have written here previously in answer to this question, the difference between a client and provider at Thermas is on average about 30 odd years and 30 odd kilos.

Providers will actively approach you and propose their services. I've been going for years and I've never had a problem identifying who were the providers. The gorgeous sauna goers tend to go to the non-escort saunas in Barcelona. Barcelona is rife with gorgeous men all fucking each other for free so they don't go and pay at Thermas, as far as I know. The only time I've seen such guys at Thermas was after the Saturday party and the party goers had stayed around. They weren't being clients though, they were just hanging out and having drinks.

So my trip finished. I went to Thermas for three days Tue, Wed, and Thu in the hot week of July 2026. 3/4pm to 7/8pm.

In terms of being busy, Tuesday was the most quiet, but still had a decent selection of good-looking providers. At 5-6pm there were around 15-20 providers and the same number of clients. Wednesday was by far the most crowded day among these days, with multiple hot providers to choose from. Easily 30+ providers. Many clients too. Thursday was better than Tuesday, but cannot be as busy and bustling as Wednesday. 

In terms of the providers, I was pleasantly surprised! they are absolutely gorgeous! A lot of them are very fit or muscular, masculine horny young men parading around talking to clients and showing off their impressive "manhood". No feminine providers . Most of them have nice long thick fat gorgeous manhood that can get hard within split second! They're quite easy going . Some would go around flashing or swinging their manhood. Some would give you a little preview of it. Some would let you touch and rub it. Basically look, touch, and try before anything further is the best thing in here that the traditional platforms like RMen or Hqz can't offer. I've met so many guys on RM that were essentially catfishes or couldn't get hard (or maybe I wasn't attractive enough who knows) etc. I was able to avoid all these problems visiting here.

Some memorable booking experiences. I booked one super sexy fit Venezuelan / Dominican guy whose face somewhat bears a resemblance to Wentworth Miller - only more handsome IMO, and whose passion and force in our session was borderline aggressive. I appreciated his style, I had no problem with it, but he may run into trouble with other clients for it. Couldn't give him advice as I don't know any word he speaks. Then there was another super muscular Brazillian gentleman with thick shouders , pecs and a big thick fat tool. Still got horny thinking about how heavenly it felt sticking your mouth on his mountain of pecs and nipples. 

An overwhelming majority of providers are Latinos (Brazil, Venezuela, Dominican Republic). Some are black. Didn't see any local Barcelonian providers. If you were primarily looking for white Caucasian men / daddies / bears, you'd be disappointed. This is Tue Wed Thu, not sure about weekends. During my three days I only saw 1. one tall Russian gentleman that I booked a session once. He has very slim body with beautiful face, foxy mesmerising eyes and gorgeous hair (think David Gandy but slimmer) - totally can be a cover model for any magazines or shows. 2. One middle-aged Romanian who's probably drug addicted. and 3. two sexy Greek providers with big tools who are Hispanic not scandinavian white. Clients, however, are predominantly Caucasians aged 60+, probably not the Caucasians you'd be looking for. Occassionally there's a client or two worth landing your eyes on, but that's about it.

Pricing-wise, I never asked the providers how much they'd charge, but I followed the advice here and proposed either 50 or 60 EUR for a session. In total I had fun with approx 7 providers there and they accepted this pricing instantly - no one ever asked for more. Very good price for intimate service.

In terms of cleanliness, Thermas doesn't disappoint. Staff regularly cleaned the rooms and bathrooms.

Looking into future, sincerely hope Thermas will always be there for people to come and enjoy the excellent service of gorgeous men especially those from Latin or African backgrounds. But to me its existence is not without a threat. Most independent escorts in Barcelona knows about Thermas and while Thermas has kept their pricing down to more competive levels, I don't think they are very happy with it and some may have reported it already...

Can't wait to visit Thermas next year for a full week!
