Bottoming - Initial Penetration - Any Tips?

Hey all,

 

I'm wondering if any of you experienced folks out there have any tips as to initial penetration and minimizing the brief but sometimes almost-too-intense period of pain as one's muscles adjust? I love bottoming (I'm versatile, but prefer the bottom position), but sometimes that initial stretching by a big boy really hurts for a minute. I do practice sometimes with toys and such, but I was wondering if anyone has any other tips to make it easier and more pleasurable?

You might try anal-eze or a similar product. It contains a desensitizing agent and leaves the area somewhat numb. When I first started bottoming, it helped me. You probably shouldn't use it too often or for an extended period of time.

Good advice Rick. I myself am 90% bottom and I think being just about a total bottom has taught me how to just naturally relax and enjoy the ride ;-) But Like Rick suggested tons of butt play not only relaxes the hole but it is eaqually as hot. Tounge, finger(s), hand or toys it's all good just as long as it's enjoyed by one and all.

Thanks for the great replies. I actually have a some Anal-Eze, and though I've only used it with some bigger toys, it hasn't really helped all that much. Perhaps I need to use more or give it a bit more time to work. I know I can take something pretty big if I give it enough time, and I know it can feel really good, so I'll just make sure to take it slow next time.

 

Obviously due to the risk, no barebacking will be involved, so I don't think the Anal-Eze would affect a top at all. As to it's condom safety, I don't know for sure, but I'm almost certain it would be.

 

Maybe I'll just allow a little more play back there first (and use a bit of Anal-Eze as well if it's condom safe) - sounds like a winning combination.
