Tim was the subject of a piece on the CBS evening news a while back and it was terrific to watch him be interviewed in addition to running his restaurant. Wadda Guy!!! Even with Down Syndrome he could teach a few people a lot of things.

I'm not entirely sure that he has Down's syndrome. He certainly doesn't have the typical facies for it.
