I met Hunter a few weeks ago, and "odd duck" is appropriate. He is genuine and seems very nice. Although I'm sure the pics are all of him, they seemed to be a little beefier than he was. He was very unreliable about getting together. He missed several appointments (bad subway connections, lost phone, cab accident, etc.) (I have a feeling that he overbooks then the next customer has to deal with it), and sometimes would return emails and sometimes not. My take is that he is very young, new to the business and has lots to learn about customer service. Unless he has changed, I highly doubt that that he would arrive on time for an appointment in NNJ. He is not from this area and has no car.

Thanks Java for your reply to my inquiry. He was so quick to respond to my email and his response that "he would love to hang out with me in NJ" made me wonder whether he even knew where NNJ was located. After learning about your experience with him, I think I will pass on this one.

Yes, I hired him. I took it as a personal challenge to see him and determine whether he was just a game player or what. For my purpose that day, he was ok - definitely, not stellar, but again, I think part of his problem is that he lacks experience. One thing that really did bother me is that he didn't seem particularly sorry for the all wasted time from missed appointments.
