Uruguay's Luis Suarez could be banned from the World Cup after appeared to bite Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini on the shoulder during the South Americans' 1-0 win on Tuesday.

Fifa is investigating the incident which has become a worldwide talking point, and Suarez, taking the spotlight from Uruguayan soccer come back from their old victories in 1930 and 1950.

I found the whole thing quite bizarre. I don't know why he did it and, for sure, he will pay a high price for his actions. His team will suffer as well. Without Suarez, it's doubtful they can advance beyond the next round.

and now because of that idiot's behavior they don't have a chance to make it to 4th like in 2010.

He's been banned for 4 months and forced to pay U$ 120.000 fine.

Some psychologists have said that adult biting, whatever the circumstances, always has sexual overtones. No other act except sex so breeches one's physical boundaries. It reminds me of hanging out with a dancer recently at SR in Atlanta. I turned away for a minute and the dude bit me on the shoulder. "WTF!" I said. His response was great. "I bite. Get over it." As strange as it sounds, I think it was just his way of expressing himself.

 

Wondering if Suarez munches on the misses at home during more intimate activities.
