I am not sure about all the guys but I have seen Brad 2 times this month. He is always available when I call. On top of that, I know that he is an artist and was traveling abroad for a few months and doing calls in the cities he was working in. But, I think he is pretty flexible when he is in NYC as he is now.

He was unavailable in NY from April to August despite his pics being on line. I think he is great, and have had many great times with him, but I don't see the point of holding him out to be available when he was not for an extended period because of his dancing. I am also not big on his new "versatile top" as opposed to "versatile" description which did not seem to be the case under prior management.

Hello All,

I just had to write in response to the subject of this forum, AND to defend myself a little due to the comments made. This is the "notorious" Brad from Campus (chuckle :D ) I guess where I'd like to start is saying that the new management at Campus is doing an amazing and comparitively superb job. There has been no abrupt shifts in policies and/or rates or activities, either for clients or the boys.

Second, I wasnt aware that I was still on the site as available through the whole summer. Eventhough there were a couple windows of opportunity for me to fly to someone, no one did so. And also please know that I alone change my status from top to bottom to versatile, or as now, Top/versatile. Please understand that just like you, my body changes and is more comfortable with certain things. And I did have a status of only TOP during a long period under the old management. Mike can back me up on this--your info is not correct!!

Lastly I'd like to say that as much as I love being the most popular post-grad hahaha, some clients have been harder to deal with in the last couple months. I have had 3 different clients cancel on me as I got to their hotels and NOT given me the turn away fee as listed on the site. So eventhough you have "complaints" about why Campus is going downhill, Id have to say clients need to also get their acts together, because after too much of this--you wont have anymore great escorts! They will all find different jobs. Now wouldnt that be just plain awful???

But call us...I will personally prove campus is still the best in the NYC area!

Thanks for loving life, X O X O X O X O X O

P.S.

The fact that you were on the site from last April to September when you were not available does not reflect at all on you, but rather on the new management. In fact, they simply said you were unavailable and did not mention that you could have been imported. Shame on them!

Brad you maybe so right about yourself, never got the chance to meet you. But Philip has let Campus go down hill a little. Before under Mike the boys were check out, under Philip he just hires them without testing them out so how can he really know about them. I been "BURNED" more times with the new owner than with Mike. Mike knew his boys. I think if your going to advertise your boys you can do a better job at it. Again Brad sorry I did not get the chance to meet you, maybe on my next trip to NYC

No...not shame on them. Sometimes things just dont work out because they know what is available and not available. GET OVER IT! Campus was awarded the Best Escort agency in 2003 for a reason. I just think you have too much time on your hands and have to FIND something wrong with it, because its a challenge to do. LOL

I used Campus a lot in 2000 and 2002, and as regulars know here, I have often sung their praises. However, I don't care much for the selection or the service in 2003. I am not going to trash each item on the shelf, but something is rotting in that grocery store. For my part, if you are back and available with them now, that's good news for them and for the rest of us. As for the best agency rating, nobody asked my opinion, but if I had been asked I probably still would rate them above A-List and Maximum, but I think Chelsea made a come-back this year.

P.S. By decline in service, I am referring to:

1. escorts listed on the site who were not as much as 3-5 months stretch either because of retirement or work outside the city;

2. phone calls that go unanswered;

3. greater selection, but more unavailable than in the past

4. physical descriptions that don't match up;

5. escorts who lack the enthuusiasm and commitment of the past selection (that may have something to the lak of road testing);

6. more guys available at cheaper prices on rentboy tham in the past;

Etc., Etc.

Well this is one client that thinks it has going down hill a little:-( Maybe in time it will get like it was in the past.

RE: Top 10 Reasons Why Turnover is Down at Campus Escor...

This extended dialogue about Campus indicates we all care about Campus and that we have certainly enjoyed the services of Campus. We have all benefited a million different ways with Campus's commitment to a comparatively niche market. In the years Campus has existed there has been no other agency that performed the services Campus did, and, frankly, continues to do.

Two themes discussed here in this thread pertaining to Campus were thoroughly discussed separately in the Lounge in the past two years. One thought was advanced that the models, for some reason, were more plentiful, or newer, or different at the beginning of each year than, say, in the fall. Hence, the same controversey rings a bell today (and will most likely be rung again in another year or two). The other theme was "should the owner see or know or have hands on experinece" with new highers. On that, I think I got voted down for wanting the owner to know his models in every way possible to help him be able to make worthly recommendations to us. I still think when you're running a business you have to know what you are talking about. In my dealings in the past year and a half with Campus and Philip, there has been no reason for me to think Philip is not completely knowledgeable.

All to say, with a Campus "meeting" this past week, Philip was super, attentive, focused, and productive both with e-mail and on the phone (I travel in and out of NY like many of you do). The choice of the guys was certinly ample (wonderful for me) and I flew out of NY a very happy camper.

Hence, we all have changing moods between us. Things we are familiar with may seem a whole lot different than they really are. Any observations, criticisms, input, new ideas I'm sure are welcomed by Philip as a basis for him to continue builing the business. I want him to be successfull, as I detect you all do for the same reasons, Campus has and does things for us nobody else has done. Don't forget, when you fire your CPA or Attorney, there'd better be a lot more of them in town or you'll wind up doing your own books or in this case jerkingoff all by yourself. I'll stick with Campus and trust all your input is being put to good use.

[fontcolor=green] Yes I'm behind you on what you say, been using Campus for over 5 years now and still think it's one of the best in NYC

Philip is learning to be knowledgeable, it does take time but not at the cost of clients

I have giving Philip some good observations, criticisms and input. We have talked for hours about some little problems. He does listen and gives his two cents also, which is good on both parts.

YES, I want him to be very successful with Campus, he is still the only agency in NYC that I will use. He just can't let some of the boys walk all over him. He will learn.
