I don't have any direct hiring info, but I can offer some googling results:

 

Pablo's pics seem authentically his, for the most part. The cock pic has been on the internet for a while, and just looking at his ab patterns and comparing, that isn't his body (the lower abs are aligned with his navel in his pics bearing his face, while they don't in this cock pic). He appears to be a Spanish model from Barcelona, and was possibly a Mister International 2012 contestant. One of his pics turns up on the Mister International Facebok page, but I wasn't able to find the exact photo even if googling led me there.

I would be very suspicious of Pablo. As others have pointed out, there are some problems with the photos. Also, when I then googled the phone number, a backpage ad (also with a Miami location) popped up.

As you can see, the person in these photos is not the same person who is in the Rentboy ad – though they both use the same phone number. These photos are actually of a famous model. (I won’t mention his name here, but you can easily google image to find out for yourself.)

 

In sum, the photos on the Rentboy ad are likely not his, and the number he advertises in that ad also appears in a backpage ad that uses different pics, which are of another model.
