Well, the dungeon space is indeed the issue. Reece Rothmeier had the perfect setup and I have NEVER encountered anything better. Most that advertise such a space actually mean that they have a bedroom with a few floggers hanging from the ceiling or from a belt or tie rack. Master Avery supposedly had access to a dungeon space, perhaps others here can expound on the details.

 

I personally have given up on finding not only such a setup, but also finding a guy with enough equipment. More than once guys who have advertised such a scene only had one or two floggers and perhaps a paddle even when I was assured that they had enough equipment to provide a varied and active scene.

 

That is why I decided to purchase my own equipment and even shared the information regarding my most recent purchases in a couple of Fetish Forum postings. That solved the equipment problem, then there us the issue of the dungeon environment. So again note the two reviews referenced above... (And yes, as TurHart1 mentioned, I was indeed one of the "privileged trio" in the Raul review... not to mention the Romann review. Plus, incidentally I also submitted a third review of an escort that took place at the NY Bondage Club.). I also purposely referenced the fact that when he was escorting Master Avery took clients there as well. For the Raul review which occurred over three days we initially planned to met on a Sunday as that is the night that the club meets. The following night out of necessity occurred in a hotel room. So we had the ambience one night and did things in a somewhat makeshift manner the second night. It's called compromise. Of course, Raul made good use of the furnishings and in that regard he is Mensa material! So TruHart is on pretty much right on target regarding my recommendations!!!

 

So here us my suggestion to the OP... If you have your own equipment bring it to supplement what the escort has. If not, though I am sure that you do, purchase items that you enjoy utilizing. The more toys available the more diverse the scene... On more than one occasion my toys complemented those of the escort. See if you can possibly schedule things for when a club meets. As an example, I have not been to Chicago, but I am told that their BDSM club the Chicago Hellfire has it all over what is available in NYC. However, the play space in the NYC club is more than adequate. Still, the OP might not feel comfortable in a somewhat public environment. So that is an issue with which he must deal.

 

All I can say is that I have not personally experienced what he wants since the retirement of Reece Rothmeier, and if memory serves me that occurred just about ten years ago in June of 2004. If I demanded a dedicated dungeon space I would not have hardly played in the past ten years as such a setup does not readily exist. Plus, when escorts travel they usually don't take all of their gear with them. Likewise if I did not invest in my own accoutrements I would have not played for the last ten years either. Incidentally, I am currently in the planning stages for a session that will begin at a club and end in the privacy of the escort's place. In essence, giving the best of both worlds.

 

There is no such thing as perfection in life. However, with a bit of give and take, assiduousness, and careful planning on the part of both escort(s) and client I am confident that a scenario that will bring a smile to the OP's face can be reached... and from what I gather from what he has posted he deserves it as well!!!
