Sling sex

A little over a week ago, I had the pleasure of my first time use of a sling. I don't know why I waited this long because it was absolutely incredible. I guess I always associated being in a sling as being controlled by others. Not so. It made me more relaxed and flexible than ever. I was able to be an extremely active part of the scene and was able to "multi task"

Would love to hear other guys experiences and/or tricks of the trade to further enhance the experience.

One question though. This was a permanent install and could handle weight and heavy activity. Are there makes of portable slings that the framing is heavy duty enough to handle this type of "use"

Yeah, it seems to have moved from leather/fetish gear to simply good logistics for fucking (his ass is at the perfect height, the top isn't fighting with the bottom's legs, all the bottom has to do is relax and enjoy, momentum helps...).

If I am viewing things correctly there appears to be a pic (well set least a glimpse of it in the background) of Kevin Slater's sling on his website. It seems to be quite sturdy. The portable sling that I experienced was a bit rickety in nature, but then again it was designed to be easily and quickly dismantled and set up. Kevin's appears to have sturdy posts which would seem to keep the apparatus more stable and balanced even if the action got quite intense... which I assume often would be the case.

Yup, mine sacrifices portability for stability. You can still tote it, but it's cumbersome.

That's exactly what I am looking for. No plans to travel with it. Just want to set it up easily, store it, and not damage the ceiling.

Yes, Kevin's seems to be quite sturdy and requires no ceiling installation. Incidentally, the now former escort who had the portable one in his NYC apartment did not have it set up at all times due to space limitations. Plus, he needed to hide it quickly when Aunt Martha or his parents came to visit from Long Island... Still, I'm not sure how he explained the mirror on the ceiling over the bed?!?!
