As an Indiana graduate, I had to shut the video off once I saw the block P and realized it was made by Purdue students. (However, the 5 seconds was very entertaining.)

Could I ask a naive question. Why exactly did the original poster state "safe to watch?" I noticed that along the right side of the film there were all these other films which seemed to feature cute younger kids. I have never prowled utube and wonder if by clicking on some of those films I put myself at risk. Each day it seems I see some article about police busting in some teacher or otherwise working guy's home and seizing his computer then some jury sends him away to prison for years for downloading underage pornography. Would clicking on some of these utube films which happen to pop up when I look at this Purdue film potentially place me in position to be investigated etc? I just have no clue about these things. Because it's a music video and has no content that is x-rated. Youtube in general is a safe place to cruise around and has an alert system that is similar to what we have here in the message forum.
