I completely missed this thread. Ok here we go. As I wake up to yet another sunny day in Palm Springs… (Will this ever get old)? I’m always very appreciative of all the positive comments about me. I will be 48 in January. I never altered my age on the sites. I always feared if a client met me and whispered… “We both know you are not 38” I think I would be so embarrassed. So I never did.

 

My 20s and early 30s were a bore. It was not until I started working at Maximum in NYC that I discovered how amazing it all really is. That was back in 2001. I just spent a long weekend here in PS with one of my first clients from 2002. We have both always commented how on both sides we all just get better with age. As I’m maturing I know what I want, like and do not like. I have never let myself to be in a situation to do something I never wanted to do because I had to pay the rent. I have learned so much over the years from clients and even escorts and porn stars that I have spent time with. Clients have asked ... “I bet you have some horror stories. I don’t. I have been so fortunate.

Frankly, the best lovers I've ever had -- working guys and civilians -- have been older than I am. Right now I'm dating a guy much closer to my dad's age than to mine. I don't know how/if that may affect us down the road, but right now I'm just enjoying him and myself. ;)

As the OP I would like to shout a huge "THANK YOU" to all you guys for your thoughts and comments! It has made for some very interesting reading.

 

As for me, at the not so tender age of 70, I would like to say as a client how much I appreciate all you mature, experienced and sexy guys in your 40's, 50's and up. You guys know what it means to let us have our boyfriend moments, and you're not about to let a number...your age...stand in the way. You also don't (even mentally) roll your eyes at us older types. We are all ageing, like it or not and if we can just smile, relax and revel in the fact that we've made it this far with grace and fire, and that we're still sexy as hell no matter our age.

Dane -- for some reason, our paths have never crossed. I've been an admirer from afar. Your reputation among friends and in the community is the best.
