The reference to prostate massage isn't there any more, but I've seen it advertised by other masseurs before, and it's a favorite of mine. A now-retired Detroit masseur was very very good at it, don't think he even mentioned it in his ad but it was a happy surprise.

There are a number of guys who advertize "prostate" massage... for some it is a code word for a guy who likes to top his clients.. for others they use toys... if you are interested, be sure to ask what is involved and come prepared/clean and open to the experience (pun intended).

Took one for the team. Therapeutic massage was very good and complete. First pic is he, but it must be from a while ago. Has pretty much the same chest, but the rest of him is considerably smaller and a little less ripped. Don't think the other three pics are he, but it's hard to tell for sure. Massage was just therapeutic and good enough that I just enjoyed the massage and didn't bother with touching. No sensual aspects until approached the happy ending.

Well a definition for a 'sensual' is sketchy to begin with. This falls under a rub and tug, maybe? The fact that the actual massage was good enough but thoroughly non-sensual, but with a tacked-on release makes it borderline sensual and therapeutic. Although on second thought, it dutchal had made any attempts at mutual touching, would the masseur have taken his lead and added more sensual elements throughout, making it more of a sensual massage as some of us understand it? Who knows. Every masseur seems to have varying degrees of 'sensuality'.

A true therapeutic massage would be non-sexual from start to finish with no nudity. If a masseur is offering a sensual massage, then they need to keep checking in with the client to make sure that they are happy with the level of sensuality and the quality of the massage. The masseur also has to be alert for non-verbal clues. It could be especially challenging to figure out how sexual/sensual the client would like you to be if they do not touch you, but the 'happy ending' should never feel tacked on at the end. In fact, I like to try to aim for it to happen naturally about 3/4 of the way through, then finish with a relaxing head/neck/shoulders massage. My clients are generally too sedated to move after that.

 

Even if a masseur advertises a prostate massage as part of his repertoire, you're not likely to get one unless you specifically ask for it or make it clear in some way that you'd like this, as many guys would definitely not want it.
