The dilemma I often have is where to put my clothes. Some escorts are so messy that there isn't a clean area in the room, and I refuse to just leave my clothes lying on the floor, especially if I undress myself. If the escort undresses me while we kiss and touch, then I don't give a fuck where my clothes end up as long as I can find them when it's time to get dressed again.

Back to the topic at hand, I sit wherever I can find a spot, which is usually in a chair or on the edge of the bed.

Some hotel rooms only have a bed, a desk and chair. So when the 'guest' comes in, where does he sit? Where do yo sit?

I sit on the bed, he sits on my face. :p

LOL.

I agree with "go with the flow". When I have a room with a little couch I like to settle in there with the escort for a bit and chat, exploration begins, then it's bedtime. Two separate chairs are awkward, since you're not together so in that case the bed generally comes immediately.

Miss Manners would say that guests should be seated after the host’s invitation.

If it's not your room, the simple rule is: ASK where to sit.

But, you've got some interesting suggestions above ...

Two solutions to the "dilemma":

One now retired escort always greeted his clients shirtless, had a mischievous grin on his face, and would pull you onto the bed. Stuff was happening before you knew it.

However, my favorite solution to the problem was the following. It occurred the first time that I met the escort in question and was an excellent way to break the ice. He gave me a warm hug, and within seconds unzipped my pants and was on his knees doing his thing. Big smile on my face. I don't even remember if there were any chairs in the room... :)

Au contraire...

If by awkward you mean unskilled, lacking in dexterity, clumsy, inexpert, uncoordinated, or even lacking in manners you are way off the mark.

Rather both guys were quite adroit, skilled, astute, and inventive... not to mention class acts.

Of course, a bit of pre session discussion probably gave both of them some insight regarding how to proceed.

Plus as I said, "Smile on my face..." :) The punch line being that I didn't even care, even notice, or even recall if there were any chairs in the room!!!!! ;)

I mean if I were the client I would feel very awkward.

Note to self: use for future reference re: class act's ice breaking technique ...

Well Steven... it certainly worked for me... and since it is common knowledge that you are the quintessential example of the classiest of class acts it might just work for you was well... but then again you being the consummate professional that you are you certainly know what works best for you and your clients... and in all sincerity no sarcasm intended.

I mean if I were the client I would feel very awkward.
...and Tighty...perhaps I am off base... and perhaps I misconstrued your "awkward" response a bit... However, believe me when I say that I doubt that you would feel overly awkward... Of course I did mention that we had a pre-session discussion so the escort did have a bit of insight regarding what we wanted to "accomplish"... and that did help... though I still did not expect things to transpire in such a manner and so quickly.

Still, the really good escorts often know what the client needs and wants even before the client knows it himself... So you never know!!!

I find this question to be somewhat ludicrous because it's quite easy to figure out! You and the guest can sit together on the bed, or he in chair and you on the bed, both being in

close proximity of each other. Or you can forget about the furniture and sit on the floor and enjoy each other's close company!!

I hereby give each and every escort I see in the future permission to proceed thusly:

He gave me a warm hug, and within seconds unzipped my pants and was on his knees doing his thing. Big smile on my face. I don't even remember if there were any chairs in the room... :)

Really, regarding the floor, I see no compelling reason to simply sit on the floor... in the same sense that one would sit on a "conventional" chair that is... Still the floor can a very useful adjunct to playtime. However, there are hazards involved when playing on a floor... Like rug burn on one's knees from being led around like a dog... not to mention rug burn from some other more mainstream activities.

I once wrote a review where I stated that things got so intense that I thought that I was going to go right through the floor and end up in the room below. So there are indeed times when it can be a good thing for the lowly floor to enter into the equation!

In the 'heat' of the moment, I've rolled off the bed on to the floor...does that count? ;)

BVB... Being hot, in heat, and in the "heat of the moment" certainly makes it more than count. Now if you fell on the floor because it was due to your proclivity for a sip of Bombay Sapphire, Hendrix, Gordon's, or whatever your favorite brand of gin is at a given moment... then I would have to penalize you with some demerits. ;)

Incidentally, regarding rug burn, the lingering effects of an intense S&M session can be the gift that keeps on giving for several days after a session. However, once the rug burn that kept on giving for several days afterward proved to be an aggravation and not an enhancement. So one does need to be somewhat careful when incorporating the rug into their activities...
