i am a dragon in the Chinese zodiac and on my most recent birthday I had difficulty blowing out the candles and as I did not hire a birthday gift for myself, candles were the only blowing that was attempted

PK, you might have achieved extinguishing wind force if your birthday gift had been blowing you at the same time.

 

Of course, I don't have candles on my birthday cake, there are so many it looks like a blow torch on icing.
