It is not a sauna. It is more like an out call massage service. They will come to your hotel room. First contact the operator via phone or email and ask for your type based on the photos. They will also recommend certain guys based on your needs. Not all guys are into full service. You have to tell them exactly what you want. They have different prices for different services.
