yes, you are probably right-but I sometimes cut them a break for that as I think it must be highly frustrating to have your time wasted as often as they do. If I were really keen, I would initiate an email correspondence with them and see how it is received first. I usually tell them I am very serious about booking them, and try toword the email in a way that inspires confidence> if I still get attitude, then I move on.For example, I found Kevin Slater very cold on initial email contact, but I trusted my gut and when I met him he couldnt have been nicer in person-so sweet.
