Anyone else watching the new season of Million Dollar Listing NY?. The episode opens with a butt naked Ryan Serhant taking a shower, nice body!. Seems we're going to be seeing more skin this season... There's a new and cute young agent added to the cast. His name is Luis Ortiz and he's from Puerto Rico. He brings a lot of energy and ambition to the show.. Fredrick Eklund announces his engagement to a handsome man. The beach front wedding is coming soon. Also, lots of drama!

Well, I took in much of this show last night, and the newest agent caught my attention and heart. ...can't stand that man who's featured on the left.

He's another prick who's been added to this show I guess to get everyone's attention. But I do love the properties that are featured. Think I'll place

this show on my Thursday calendar.

I've watched this show in previous seasons and will watch it this season as well, although I don't completely understand why. I can't stand the personalities of any of the agents, but I do have to say Ryan's butt shot in the opening episode this week was an unexpected, but entirely welcome pleasure. Keep it coming Bravo!

lol...I feel the same way. It's like going through the checkout at the grocery store and being mesmerized by some stupid headline in People Magazine, and knowing you just have to pick the magazine up, even though you are embarrassed that people might see you reading it.

 

Ryan is hands down hot, period. I also think that Luis is a hottie. OK, a little thin, but still a little hottie. And while I am the only one who thinks Erik is hot, I am still a fan. Damn, I sound like a little "middle school" girl...How embarrassing.

Funny how they make 5 foot tall twink look the same height as the other two ...

 

My fantasy Ryan is back and showing full nakedness in the first few seconds of the first episode. Nice ass. As I said, I met him a couple times at parties over the past few months. He is clearly acting for the show as I found him a really nice guy in person -- and far better looking if that's possible -- he definitely delights in the whole bad boy douchy metrosexual thing he does. Good for him.

 

That got rid of the schlubby guy -- I guess that wasn't the demographic they were going for .... The Frederik guy is still an immature queen and I guess all that money got him the hot boyfriend.....

The "prick" on the left is Ryan Serhant. He's a great guy and the only hot one. He wasn't "added" to the show. He was on it from the beginning last year.

I'm not into Latino munchkin twinks ... so you can have the little toadie guy.

Yes, I saw a re-run around 12:30 am today. I could still tell that Ryan has a great ass, but it is a huge challenge to do a freeze frame because of the pop-up. Cooper, please do not take it personally, but the picture you posted above does not do Ryan justice. And I not close to liking him as much as operalover. I assume he is better looking in person, because operalover is a decent judge of people.

I think the sun, the air, breathing, and just about everything else pisses off Fredrik. He is such an unpleasant prick and, from the previews, he seems to end up pissing off the little Latin twink as well. He seems to think everyone else is the problem.
