Do not be skeptical in the least.

The fee is low because there is no full-on "sex."

Eli is exactly as pictured in the photo and described in the review. He is a spa caliber masseur with extra warmth, tenderness, and incredible strength. And the package is truly extraordinary.

I relied on recommendations from this forum when selecting this extraordinary gentleman the first time when I was last visiting NYC ... and on my own delight in his skill when selecting him for a repeat session. If I lived in New York, I would have to declare him on my tax form.

Not much more to say, but if anyone has questions about Eli, please feel free to pm me.

I definitely agree with Shadow. Eli gives an amazing massage, is gorgeous, a nice guy, etc. His fee is well worth the massage experience, very sensual too. Sex is not on the menu, however, if that is what you are looking for. Feel free to PM me as well if you have questions.

That picture sure got my blood going this morning? No sex? Damn. Does he do ANYTHING besides massage? That is one hot guy.

I don't think $160 an hour for just a massage is a "low fee."

Eli is a MASSEUR. Not an escort. It what you want is sex, there are MANY options in the big apple.

The fact that he is a real masseur is reflected most importantly in the quality of his massage, and also in his fee. That fee may not be low for a run-of-the-mill massage (though it is not out of line for the exceptional quality of the massage Eli offers) but it is definitely low for escort services, and for the "sessions" offered by guys who are really escorts and advertise as masseurs for one reason or another. (not that I look down on those guys in any way; I have enjoyed such services many times myself.)

But Eli is different, and very positively so.

Repeat: if you go to Eli, expect an incredible massage ... and some nice warm, friendly and satisfying (to me at least) sensual aspects to the experience.

You Mr. Shadowcatzxxx are exactly correct. IMO...Are there massages cheaper, absolutely, but I don't think that 160 is out of line for a quality massage and given by someone of Eli's reported quality. I have for several years now, both in LA and in FTL paid around that amount fairly routinely.

You want someone to push the envelope in a massage to the brink of having sex, and let's face it, many guys secretly hope that will happen, then open up the wallet and start counting your pennies gentlemen...cause it's gonna cost you more than 160 bucks for those kinds of services. Not always mind you, but most of the time.

I wish Eli was in FTL. I would love to have a quality massage from someone who looks like he does AND is warm and friendly and sensual as well...

I found Eli to be one very hot hunk of a man! His photograph certainly "got my blood going" as well. I read the review, which was well-written but slightly general, and

thought to myself that it is perhaps too bad that Eli does not escort. But who knows? He possibly does both but at different times.

Most hot guys advertising massage services on craigslist charge 150 to 200 for just an erotic experience, and they are usually non pros. For a nice legit spa massage, it's around 120. So, i guess 160 is not out of line.

However, i usually can't cost justify a massage that is 50 to 100 different from an escort session. I'd rather just sit in my robotic massage chair when i need a massage.

When shopping for a masseur, I often look at the price to help determine whether it is likely to be a legitimate, therapeutic massage or more of an "escort lite" experience. Everything tends to be more expensive in NYC, but $160/hour is right on the line... at that rate, I start to expect the massage to focus more on the Erotic aspects than the therapeutic. A masseur, for example, that charges $200/hour is almost certainly an escort advertising covertly as a masseur.

Have any of y'all paid $200/hr for legitimate, therapeutic massage without feeling disappointed/misled/ripped off? At what price point do your expectations change from therapeutic to erotic?

There really isn't a price point where my expectations change. For me at least, it doesn't work that way. It has been my experience that therapeutic, sensual, and erotic services are priced fairly close together. It really comes down to what I am looking for. I always go into a massage knowing pretty much what to expect. I am very explicit as to what I want to happen, so there is rarely a surprise. If I hire for a therapeutic, that is what usually occurs. If I am looking for erotic, I will pay a little more, but not much, and get the "happy ending."

I do agree with Cany, in that once you start paying 160 plus for a massage, you are really only about 50-100 dollars away from an hour long escort session. At that point you have to decide where the most bang for your buck is.

Now Eli is a good example. He is 160 per hour, and that is about the top for a therapeutic massage that I would ever pay, but I would only pay that price because, one... he does come highly recommended, and two...he is drop dead gorgeous, and by all reports gives one helluva massage. So for me he would be worth the price.

Even if he is a great masseur, $160 seems very high for a legit massage when where I live they usually run from $ 80 to $120. In fact when I started hiring escorts 10 years ago $150 to $180 was the average hourly rate for them. But I guess this is just extreme New York pricing--or he is fantastic looking, knows it, and knows he can use that to his pricing advantage.

In answer to your first question ... never paid that for a massage that wasn't erotic. NO massage, just plain old massage is worth 200 an hour.
