When I first started having sex, all those years ago, I didn't make any noise whatsoever. Then, years later, I started doing a few porns and was encouraged to make noise. I did, and learned to do it fairly convincingly.

From my own experience, when I was younger I had a sometime thing with a hunk here in Philly who happened to be deaf.
