The best thing that could happen is that the post game analysis focuses on the bad karma created by the anti-gay 49ers player. It would be great if he took the heat for the big loss.

The best thing would be if Brendan Ayanbedejo cleaned Chris Culliver's clock. Maybe shake out the cobwebs that apparently clutter the area that passes for his brain

I will be watching Downton Abbey tonight hoping for a happier episode than last week. No game for me this year...not a fan of either team.

That's exactly what I will be doing. Besides, I am from Europe. Football to me is soccer. Why is American football called football? The spheric thing that gets thrown around never gets hit with feet. Or only very rarely so. By players who seem entirely disconnected from the game.

I Was not particularly interested in either team so I didn't care. However, after the anti-gay comment by the SF player, I am now pulling heavily for the Ravens. I hope Baltimore win....and win big. AMEN! Precisely my thoughts, EZE.

And boy she knows how to put on a show. You go, girl

yeah......I thought she did a great job. Was she really singing? I think she was.

Meanwhile, the game just started again after the power went. This Superbowl will be discussed for years to come.

Congrats to the Ravens! They played a remarkable first-half especially. It would be fascinating to know if we'd seen the same outcome if the infamous "black-out" had occurred a bit earlier in the game.

In light of homophobic 49er Chris Culliver's anti-gay comments this week, I've switched my home-state allegiance and will be pulling for the Ravens:

It gets better. Wonder if Cullivers Travels thinks gays aren't welcome in prison?

""The San Jose Police received a call around 10:21 a.m. PT that a bicyclist had been struck by an automobile that fled the scene. Details of what happened next via KTVU.com:

An eyewitness saw the accident and followed Culliver's vehicle until he cornered him in the area of Mekler Court. He attempted to block Culliver's vehicle from leaving.

Authorities said Culliver got out of his car, threatened the eyewitness with brass knuckles and then got back into his vehicle and fled. In the process, he struck the eyewitness' car.

San Jose police arrived on the scene and took Culliver into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle uncovered the brass knuckles, authorities said.

Culliver was arrested on charges of felony hit and run for striking a bicyclist, reckless driving causing an injury, felony possession of brass knuckles and misdemeanor hit and run for the striking the vehicle.""
